From a young age, I pursued avenues to help people who struggled being the best version of themselves. I specialize in helping couples and individuals feel secure in their lives and relationships. My passion is helping people communicate effectively, connect deeply, and be able to be vulnerable while still feeling secure.⁣

I have extensive training in Emotion Focused Therapy which has proven to be a highly effective model for couple’s counseling. Learning to work together as a team is my specialty. I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, infidelity, self-esteem, and a wide range of other challenges.
