Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is for working through anxiety, identity struggles, emotional wounds, or feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. This space is about gaining clarity, healing what feels unresolved, and strengthening your ability to live with stability and confidence. It’s a place to understand yourself more honestly and move forward with purpose.

More About My Approach

This work is about helping you understand what you learned about yourself early in life and how those beliefs still shape your reactions today. Counseling becomes a place to slow down the noise, hear your own heart, and replace false identity with truth.

Performance to Presence
Fear to Clarity
Shame to Responsibility
Confusion to Direction

Individual Counseling is for you if you have felt anxious, shame, anger, resentment, hurt, frustration, feeling inadequate or like a failure, or internatalize pressure to perform, prove or stay strong.

I use a variety of therapy approaches that I have been trained in to specifically tailor the therapy sessions to your individual needs. Some clients may benefit from reframing thoughts and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while others may benefit more from Emotion Focused Therapy. Either way, the purpose of these sessions are to help you feel grounded, be able to trust yourself, be able to set boundaries without guilt, experience peace, and live from identity, not fear.
